2. Definitions
Customer – any person who visits the Site.
Registered user – a person with a created account/profile.
Services – features and services available through the Site (including reservations, paid services, service history, and the profile dashboard/panel).
Order/Reservation – a request submitted by the User for a specific service through the Site.
3. Subject and scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Site and the provision of the Services. By accessing and/or using the Site, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Registration and profile
4.1. Some features (profile dashboard, reservations, paid services, history) require registration.
4.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4.3. The User is responsible for safeguarding access to their account (password/devices) and for all actions performed through their account.
4.4. We reserve the right to restrict/terminate access to an account in case of misuse, violation of the law, or these Terms.
5. Reservations and performance
5.1. Reservations are made through the Site in the manner specified on it.
5.2. After submitting a request, the User may receive confirmation by email and/or in their account (depending on the settings and process).
5.3. We may refuse/cancel a reservation in cases of: inability to perform, suspected fraud, technical error, incorrect/inaccurate information, or force majeure.
6. Paid services, prices, and payments
6.1. Some services are paid. Prices are listed on the Site and may be changed. The change does not affect requests that have already been confirmed/paid.
6.2. Payments are made via [fill in the method – card/bank/cash on delivery, etc.] and/or through an external payment service provider. In such cases, the provider processes payment data in accordance with its own terms and policies.
6.3. If invoices are issued, the invoicing terms and details are provided during the order process or upon request.
7. Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds
7.1. The terms for withdrawal/cancellation depend on the specific service and are described on the relevant page/screen during the order process.
7.2. If the User is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, they may have the right to withdraw within a 14-day period for distance services, unless the service has been completed or performance has begun with the User’s explicit consent and confirmation that they lose the right of withdrawal (where applicable).
7.3. Refunds (if due) are made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Rules of conduct and prohibited actions
The User undertakes not to:
to infringe the rights of third parties, including copyright and related rights;
to upload/send illegal content, spam, or malicious code;
to attempt unauthorized access to systems/accounts;
to use the Site for fraud or misleading practices.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. The content, design, code, and elements of the Site are the property of the Company or are used with permission.
9.2. Copying/distribution is prohibited without explicit written consent, unless otherwise permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1. We make efforts to ensure the Site operates continuously, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors, or data loss due to technical reasons.
10.2. We are not liable for damages caused by unlawful actions of third parties, force majeure, issues with the User’s internet connection/devices, or external services (including payment/hosting/email providers).
10.3. If the law does not allow the exclusion of certain liability, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We may update the Terms and Conditions. We publish the current version on the Site with the date of the last update. For material changes, we may notify you by email and/or via a notification in your account.
12. Governing law and disputes
The legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if this is not possible — by the competent Bulgarian court.
Users may also use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, where applicable.
